How we do the Bungee Thing...

We recommend 48" Adjustable Bungees to be used.

  When ordering 48" Adjustable Bungee Sets, most types come with 2 adjustable hooks per cord.  You only need 1 adjustable hook per bungee.  So if you choose bungees that come with 2 adjustable hooks, you can take one adjustable hook off of the bungee and save it for later.  Then just tie one end of the bungee to a stake and put that end into the ground. 
  
  You can order a spool of Marine Bungee from ebay to use with your left over adjustable hooks or to replace worn out bungee cords (so you can reuse the adjustable hooks until they are completely worn out).  I recommend the bungee cords to be 5/16” thick and 48” long.  Simply go to ebay and search for "marine bungee 5/16".
